Tent Installation Policy
Clients must disclose any underground utilities, sprinkler systems, or site restrictions before tent installation. TRU Event Rental is not responsible for unmarked hazards.
Weather Policy
Tents and rentals are designed for normal weather conditions. In cases of severe weather, the company reserves the right to adjust installation for safety.
Damage & Loss Policy
Clients are responsible for all rented items from delivery until pickup. Damaged, missing, or excessively dirty items may incur replacement or cleaning fees.

All items should be returned in the condition received. Excessive cleaning requirements may result in additional charges.
